Just got my second car from them. I loved the first one, no problems with the car other than a part broke that turned out to be a recall, so no repairs out of pocket. The first car was financed through one of their lenders, (Persian Acceptance) not too impressed with the phone etiquette at that company, so I went and got credit union financing for the second car. Did my research on the vehicle, great reviews. Both cars came with clean titles and new inspection stickers. Dan and Lisa are great to work with, and I'm confident that I'll be back to buy my third car from them when I'm ready.
Another thing I liked was that they have such a great selection to choose from and they told me they get more a couple times a week. So if I didn't find what I wanted now, I could let them know what I was looking for and they'd try to get it for me. I was looking for something small to medium sized and actually found several right there on the lot. The prices are even very reasonable. The car I decided on is a 2010 with relatively low miles. I am very happy with it!
Dan and Lisa are so sweet! After looking for years for the right car at the right price, I found the perfect one at perks. I took it for a few test drives to make sure, and once I was certain, it took a few days for my bank to settle paperwork. Dan held onto the car for me for a few days and made it super shiny for me when I picked it up. I love my Corrolla!
They were easy to find too, which was helpful. I just followed Route 1 in Arundel till I found them. I recommend these guys...check them out!
These guys had just what I was looking for! I'm usually very weary of used car sales people, but Dan and Lisa were so helpful in helping me find a car that was reliable AND affordable. One of my co-workers bought a car from Perks last year and got a great deal on an Impala, so I decided to give them a try. I'm very glad I did!

If you have bad credit, they will get you financed. Unfortunately they will also rip you off and take advantage of you. I purchased a 2004 Jeep Cherokee from Perk's. We test drove it, looked it over thoroughly. It looked clean, drove well. However we noticed there was a brake light out. I mentioned it to Dan when we got back and he checked it, now it was back on, he tried to convince us that maybe we just couldn't see the light due to the sun. We knew what we had seen so I asked him if there were any issues if he would take care of it. He said, " yes, of course." Within a couple of days we notice the light out again, I brought the vehicle back and they tried to fix some wiring in the back. This did not resolve the issue, but we did not know this for a couple of weeks, then all sorts of lighting issues arose, a headlight out, fog lights turning on while using blinker, issues with both brake lights. I brought it back again and he refused to pay for the part and labor, after some arguing he covered half, after he had PROMISED to take care of the brake light and this was the same issue. I also received a phone call from an Investigator from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. He had asked Dan to call me weeks ago to let me know that the jeep had been reported stolen in North Carolina. Dan NEVER called!! What if I had been driving with our children and been pulled over, they could have drawn guns and everything,thinking that I was driving a stolen vehicle. I can't believe he did not have the decency to call me and tell me that the vehicle had been reported stolen! 6 months after purchasing the vehicle the motor blew. I also sent a good friend of mine to him that was having some credit issues. Her vehicle has been one problem after another! I thought I found a great place, I was so relieved to have a "reliable" vehicle. They take advantage of the fact that people with bad credit have limited options, it was my only option at that time! I needed a vehicle right away in order to keep my job and continue supporting my child on my own! Stay away from this place if you can!
